Following Government changes in legislation SMART enabled devices are no longer permitted to be used by students on school sites.
Therefore, to support students and families we are introducing the BlackOut app from October 2026 for our Year 8 and Year 9 students.
Incoming Year 7 are only permitted to have a ‘brick phone’ that is not SMART enabled.
We will review our off and away policy for KS4 following the roll out of these policies in KS3.
